ok so here's what I actually did (the part that didn't fit in the post)
it's a form. it asks what you drive, your ZIP, own or rent, married or not. that's basically the whole thing.
fair warning: it's one of those "compare quotes" sites. it looks like a normal insurance site, there's a "free call" button at the top, there's a city-name thing. ignore all that, just do the questions. I did them in the car.
at the end it asks for your name and email so it can send you the matches. idk what yours will be, rates vary by driver and state.
